Cant find login settings

Hi! I want to use the [pdb-login], but i just can’t find the Participant login settings. I searched in all tabs in plugin settings(General settings, register settings, admin settings etc.) Can you tell me, in which tab i must search for it? Or give me some screenshot where it is?
P.S. I have the newest version of this plugin, and it is in polish version.
