cant find install.php on server

    hi guys
    I am a newer to use wordpress, and I was follow the instrustions to build the my website.
    but I got a problem on install.php

    Not Found
    The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Notes: I use FTP software to upload all files in web root.
    and I didnt delete the oringinal files like email, etc, and so on.

    can u help me?
