Can’t find Admin page | WordPress.org

I just installed WordPress on my hosting server. I followed the link to what is supposed to be my admin page but I am directed to a dummy page. I installed the program in Fantastico. What went wrong?

the problem same with my my problem

i cant install , i cant found wp-admin/install.php . am i doing mistake in wp-config.php ?

volver: your dashboard is at http://volverhank.com/wordpress/wp-admin
Your website, volverhank.com, shows still under construction. You will need to have a index.php file in the root directory.

ladivina: What is a “dummy page?” No aid will come your way without your URL.

Same here.
I can’t install at this URL:
http://janetclarey.com/wp-admin/install.php
(unable to locate page from my hosting company, Laughing Squid)

or this one:

http://janetclarey.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
(I get “Error establishing a database connection”)

I checked the database name/user/password in the wp-config.php file and it is correct.

Your blog, http://janetclarey.com/wordpress/ shows it is version 2.5.1 so apparently you are up and running?
