Can't export with "UTF-16LE" encoding.

Hi Marco, Thank you for your great plugin!
I use this in Japanese language.
I exported CSV (including Japanese) by checking “Use UTF-16LE encoding”, but it’s exported “UTF-8”.Is it bug?
I want use CSV on Excel, so please help.
