Cant Export to CSV

    Hello everyone, after loading a wordpress backup file in a new environment I can no longer export WPForm entries to CSV. Infect, the option to export to CVS is no longer available. When I use the “Éxport All” option, I get the following error: There were problems while preparing your export file. Please recheck export settings and try again.
    SplFileObject::__construct(/export/21e7f07423c221d09727356502f4eaa7): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
