I’m travelling at the moment so I can’t do much until I return.
The easiest solution may be for you to install whatever version used to work for you:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-csv/developers/
Just click whichever version you used to use.
To fix this version, you’ll need to give me more information about what’s happening. Perhaps use my contact page and give me your dashboard and FTP access details.

How do i install plugins? when i’m using wordpress free version, i don’t have premium and i can’t afford premium 🙁

Sorry, I’m not familiar with wordpress.com. I’ll try to work out what’s happening when I get back from travelling. If it’s urgent, then you may need to try another CSV plugin.

my friend is an admin on our site, he got us a premium 30 day trial, why can’t we see plug ins options ??? and i want the site fixed properly, also shout box chat, embedd videos doesn’t work on posts either
i forgot to add, isn’t wordpress.org and wordpress.com the same thing? and there must be someone else who u know might able to help me out
