What’s happening when you try that? Are you getting error messages?
One cause could be that something went wrong during the update, and that e.g. a file is missing or corrupted. Could you therefore please try re-installing TablePress from a fresh download (i.e. Deactivate, then Delete, and Install TablePress again)? (No worries about your tables, those will be kept, as they are stored in the database.)

I’m not getting any messages. I click on the “Save Changes” button in WordPress and it doesn’t save or try to move the rows around with the mouse and nothing moves. Could it be a WordPress issue?

this sounds like a JavaScript issue then. A good first try would be what I suggested above, to rule out that TablePress JavaScript files are missing.
If that doesn’t help, it’s likely another plugin or your theme that’s interfering. Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty? That way, we can find what’s causing this.
I don’t think that it’s a WordPress issue. Otherwise, more people would experience this.

I deactivated and deleted after temporarily deactivating all the other plugins and that didn’t work. I also did the same on the Twenty Twenty theme and that didn’t work either.
