Cant edit posts.

Hello.
I have a problem with one of my wordpress pages. Page works fine but I cant edit the posts on the back end, cant change from text to visual tab, and on some users the text appears all white on the editing box, plus editing tools are missing.
O looked around for this problem, but havent found a solution, although i have tried most recommendations
If i inspect page that i want to edit with the console i get this error.
TypeError: jQuery(‘.rs-mod-slides-wrapper’).sortable is not a function. (In ‘jQuery(‘.rs-mod-slides-wrapper’).sortable()’, ‘jQuery(‘.rs-mod-slides-wrapper’).sortable’ is undefined)
