Can’t edit footer

    This is my site I’m working on. Client didn’t give me ftp details http://www.piperepair.com.au. I can’t edit the footer or the section above the footer. Any help greatly appreciated. I’m new to wordpress. I also can’t see Editor down the side under Appearance.

    Figured out to see Editor but I still cannot edit the footer. Can’t find footer.php file. If it is a template how do I modify the template
