Can't detect e107 v.1.0.4 cms

Tried to import users from my current e107 v1.0.4 website to a new WP v4.0 site.
Tried with the WP plugin and also trough your website, same result.
Can’t detect cms… When visiting the url for the bridge it states installed successfully.
Please advice.
