Can’t Deactivate The Plugin

    When I try to deactivate this plugin, I get a popup asking why I’m deactivating. Once I answer and click Continue, the popup closes and the plugin remains active.

    Hi, you can deactivate any plugin using the following steps:

    Login to your hosting control panel and navigate to /wp-content/plugins/. Find the ‘quadmenu’ folder and rename it to something like ‘ABCquadmenu’. This disables the plugin without deleting it. To activate the plugin again, rename it back to ‘quadmenu’ and activate from the plugins option in WP Dashboard.
