    Hello,
we want to customize the themes of the popups. We did this before on a test site and everything worked fine. Also on the live site it was working fine. When you go on the site the customize theme gets shown but when you reload the page the default design of the popup gets shown.

Does someone know how to fix this problem ?

We are having the same exact problem. We have updated to the latest plugin and still can’t get it to look at the customed theme. We even reset the default one too. Help!

After looking into this more, the inline CSS doesn’t get applied to mine. I don’t know if it’s a permissions thing. I’m still digging into it.

Changing some random folder permissions and re-creating the theme worked. -_-

@etadmin – Sorry for the delay. Our CSS is auto regenerated any time you save a theme, popup or update the plugin or plugin settings.

When you clone from staging to live, you don’t usually move the saved css/js files we generate, but you do copy the DB where we store that we have generated those files resulting in 404 not found issues for our files as they don’t exist.

Not sure if folder permissions had a role, but it very well could on the generated css/js files.

    Hope that helps.

Ahhh that would make sense. I think we had some funky permission issues too. It’s fixed. That’s all I cared about. Thanks for the feedback though!
