Can’t create or delete PDF invoice manually

    Hi,
    I run the latest WP 5.0.3 with Woocommerce 3.5.3 and PDF invoice plugin version 2.9.16 and I can’t see the delete and create buttons anymore in the woocommerce single order modification page for manual delete/creation of the invoice ?!
    What do I miss ?
