Cant create a page/post!

    Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/pyrenees/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 199

    ‘publish’ button changed to ‘submit for review’ and the above message appears when it is pressed.
    I have full permissions of wordpress and Cpanel, databases and files
