Cant connect to CloudFront

Hey.
Having problems connecting to CloudFront.

I enter the correct keys, but may only timeout.

The error message I get when I test the connection to the CloudFront is the following: Error: Unable to drop distribution (S3 :: drop distribution (): [28] connect () timed out!).

It is possible to connect to CloudFront through a shared hosting company I have (binero.se). The problem is that I need to connect to the cloud front via my own server. Is there anything in the server that must be installed?
