Can’t connect Business Manager

Hi,

I installed the plugin to take an advantage from the conversion API implementation.

However, I cannot connect my BM. In the login with Facebook window saying “Confirm Settings WooCommerce Extension V2 will be connected to:” I do not see that business manager at all.

I see 6 others business managers that I’m part of/admin of, but I cannot see the one I need at all.

I can even select Facebook page and Instagram account which are owned by that particular BM though.

But I cannot see the BM itself, nor any ad accounts under that BM.

Are there any particular conditions that might be causing this, please?

I mean in this screen – https://s9900.pcdn.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/facebook-for-woocommerce-onboarding.png – I see all other business managers I’m part of, except the one I need (that owns relevant add account and pixel).

I’m admin and owner of that BM and I have access to all the assets inside.

I have the exact same issue.

I have two BMS but I only see the one i don’t need!!

Its very frustrating

Thanks for writing in with your issue! I may not be best placed to assist fully here, as this sounds like an account configuration issue with business manager. If you’d like to contact the Facebook team directly, then you can do so by raising a request at: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/552096935652452

That said, I’d like to see if I can offer any suggestions! Usually, we would see all businesses listed that your user profile has access to manage. When you log in to business manager directly, and select the business you’re looking to connect to from the list. Are you listed under the Users > People list? If so, can you please let me know if you have all the assets of the business assigned? (e.g. ad account, page, catalog)
