Can't completly delete category.

    Hi!

    I was creating categories couple times. After deleting it once, weird thing happened. In “Products categories” main tree I can’t see them. They are in “Parent”. I can see them also in box during adding products.

    Third place was Categories tree in my shop webpage. They had weird double slash “\\” in adress. After cleaning cache and recalculating taxonomy it disappear only from tree in my shop.

    I had also deleted plugin and data and reinstalled it. It haven’t solved my problem.

    How can I get rid of this categories?

    It looks like there is a corruption in your database. You could try running the database repair script at
    http://www.<your-domain>.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php, and follow the instructions that come up.

    If that doesn’t work, export your database using Dashboard / Tools / Export, and try to edit the xml, then import. Keep a copy of the original xml in case it goes wrong.

    Next, you may have to look for the fault and edit the database using phpMyAdmin or similar tool. However, this is very sharp tool and its easy to mess everything up if you get it wrong.
