i cant click …not effect, always blur
No one else has reported this issue, so I don’t know what the problem is. I can only advise deactivating all other plugins and try with a basic theme to see if there are any compatibility issues.

yes, i use kuteshop theme with woo…i also use another site with flatsome (flatsome , this plugin work okie)

both faint, selecting one doesn’t do anything
the 2 x’s in circles to the right don’t do anything either

Have you tried my advice above:

Can you try this and see if it works, then you will be able to nail down if theres a compatibility issue. The forum rules dictate I can’t ask for login details so I can only provide limited support.
