HELP!

Just got domain today.

Tried to change theme. Got error immediately.

Getting this error message: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

How is this fixed? Is this a common issue? Thanks.

Here’s one possible solution that’s come up before. Did you set your site URL?

Hi there,

Check your Site URL in Settings -> General … it may need to be updated to reflect your new domain.

You may also find this thread to be useful — it suggests several other problems that could be the cause.
