Can't change signup form

Hi

I can’t change the fields of the signup form. No matter whether i delete or and a field, nothing happens.

I edit the form on the mailchimp site and use Elegant Themes Divi theme.

I have winged regenerate lists in ePanel, does not help.

*** It’s Elegant Themes fault – just found out ***
They decided not to pull the fields from the Mailchimp site. They hardcoded three into the Divi theme.
