Cant change logo trough theme file writeable :/ | WordPress.org

Hi, i installed my new blogg today and use arras theme and when i tryed to change logo it said Unable to create directory /public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/12. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I got folders chmodded to 755 and files on 644, first time i have to chmod files so maybe i did something wrong :/

Change the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

Okey now after i changed all folders back to 755 and closed my ftp and opened it again i noticed that gallery and upload was 777 permission, when i tryed to set 755 i got

Kommando: SITE CHMOD 755 uploads
Answer: 550 Could not change perms on uploads: Operation not permitted

Thats not good is it ?
