Can’t Change Header Text Color

Hello,

I’ve recently started a wordpress blog hosted by Bluehost, and have selected the theme ‘Timeless Minimal’. In the customization section, there is an area to change the color of the background and the text. The background color I have chosen has saved, but any attempt I make to change the text colors disappears after the page is refreshed or reopened.

I have tried following other help guides on this site which recommended clearing my cache, but this has had no effect. Can anyone help?
