• I set up the plugin for client and used my email address for the confirmation email. Site is now live and I can’t figure out where to change the email to the clients email address. I keep getting the confirmation emails. I have set the Admin email to the clients but I can not find the setting in Appointments to make the change. Driving me bonkers. Thanks for any help…

  • Hey there Shaun,

    Hope you’re well today!

Admin email from Settings -> General should the one that you should change. If you already have done that since notification emails are also being sent to providers you might want to check if you have set somewhere yourself as one so that is the reason you’re getting emails?

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Cheers,
    Bojan

Is it possible to change the content of the confirmation email?

I tried to change $confirmation_message in the file appointments/appointments.php, but I still get emails with the default message. Do you know how to fix it?

(I’m working on localhost and I’m using Appointments Lite)

    Thank you!

Apologies for the silly question, I just found out the “Confirmation Email Message” in Notification Settings.

Anyway, I would like to add a sort of password for the appointment in the Confirmation Email (every appointment has its own auto-generated password). Can I do it somehow?

    Hey there matrom,

Unfortunately I don’t believe this is possible out of a box with the current version of the plugin.

In order to achieve this you’ll have to modify the plugin and develop custom code for this functionality.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
