cant add widgets from add widget list

I am running WordPress on IIS.
For some reason the only place i can use the PageBuilder is on the browser on the IIS server hosting the site.

Where ever else i try to access the WP-Admin page to use PageBuilder, it doesnt work. I click to add a widget, and a list of widgets appear, but i cant select them and therefor cant add widgets.
