Can’t add themes or plugins

    Hi!

    I can’t add Themes or Plugins to my WordPress site. When I go to “Add New” on either one it loads for a while and then gives me this:
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
    It’s a fresh installation, nothing has been changed after I went through the initial setup of database and admin account.
    I did reinstall it yesterday, and before reinstalling I could add both Themes and Plugins without any issues. The only difference between my previous installation and the new installation is that I’m now using port 80 instead of 8080.
    I run wordpress and mysql on two docker containers, but, as I said, it worked before reinstallation.
