Can't add page menu in version 4.0

    Hi,

    Is anyone experiencing same issue as me? I can add new page/post in Menu by clicking “Add to Menu” button BUT after hitting “Save Menu” button it won’t save or the new added menus are gone and disappear.

    Yeah I already done basic troubleshoot fix like disabling all plugins, changing and trying the default theme but still no luck.

    Hope anyone can help me
