I use Max Mega Menu and like it very much. I use WordPress 4.9.6, and the Max Mega Menu 2.4.2, the twenty sixteen theme is the latest version.

When I add a new menu item I got the following error message:

    “Request Entity Too Large
    The requested resource
    /wp-admin/nav-menus.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.”

I have already followed the instruction and increased the max_input_vars to 5000 as discribed here: https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/menu-item-limit/
But it does not solve my problem.

It is possible to add menu items by using the wordpress customizer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Chris,

That error is coming directly from PHP, and you’ll see it whether you have MMM enabled or not.

I think the best thing to do would be to simply contact your host and explain the problem you’re having – they should make the adjustments to your server configuration to allow the menu to save.

If your host allows you to edit the server config yourself, and you want to have a go, you could try the suggestions here:
