Can't add media

    I made a new blog post today and when I went to “add media” to add a picture, nothing happened. Also, I could not access the “help” in the upper right corner.

    Hi Lynn – this could be a conflict with a new plugin or possibly a browser issue. Sometimes IE causes issues when editing in WordPress.

    Can you try another browser like Chrome or Firefox to see if you can add media there?

    If that’s not the fix – have you added any new plugins recently or updated any?
