Can't add content_type

I’ve been having trouble getting video from the Ooyala platform to play inside the Twitter app natively. I know I need the meta tag:

<meta name=”twitter:player:stream:content_type” content=”video/mp4; codecs="avc1.42E01E, mp4a.40.2"”>

but this plug in doesn’t seem to generate it. Instead, I get

<meta name=”twitter:player” content=”https://player.ooyala.com/tframe…&#8230;.

How do I get the plugin to write the mega data to specify video?
