Please follow to these steps:
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Errors & Issues Tab ad let us know, what errors you see.
2. On the same admin page, navigate to Tables Tab, if you see any error, just click on the [Solve Database Problems] button.Also, we just noticed the user registration email doesn’t contain Password Reset URL. Some plugin affects it (please disable other plugins and test it) or you’ve removed
[set_password_url]shortcode from “New User Registration Email for user” Message Body in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Emails admin page. If all is ok and you can’t fix new user registration email reset password URL, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page, and disable “Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL” option.-

You have tons of errors in website so wpForo has no chance to work there.
Most errors come frombp-verified-memberplugin. Please disable it, delete all caches and check it again.If the issue is not fixed, please disable other plugins one by one to stop those errors. Test wpForo after each disable plugin and you’ll find other error makers.

So you should disable plugins and test wpForo to detect problem fixing point. Also, this can be caused by your theme. So, once you found those error makers and disabled those plugins wpForo will start work automatically.
