Never heard of such a problem before.
Can you try disabling all the other plugins and see if it still occurs? (if you can try the plugin on a test site, it would help determine the cause.)

and im using w3 total cache plugin. :s
I just installed and activated W3 Total Cache and I could create a unit.
Do you see an admin message when you try to create a unit? It should be in a red box if you see that.
no .when i add a name then click proceed page just refreshing and landing to same page without the name :/
That’s strange. I’ll wait for your response for testing deactivating the other plugins.

and i excluded following css file from minify

but still it isn’t working
Okay, found the part causing the conflict. Updated the development version. (the version number is still 2.0.1b) Try it now.
