cant active plugins helppppp

    recently i cant active plugins and even download it directly in dashborad
    i downloaded cystats and uploaded via ftp
    when i clicked on active to active the plugin browser stops loading page (any browser) and i stuck with blank page
    so i click on my plugins page and found that this page doesn’t load too
    i had backup and 4 times i reinstall my data from back up but its driving me crazy .any suggestion?????

    i use free hosting byethost
