Cant activate my license

    Now you have to activate the license via the store site on https://store.melograno.io/ but the guideline, how to “set back the account + get the password” isnt working at all. Cant update and there are a bunch of problems in the logs at the moment!

    Also i reactivated the plugin via the envato api and still i cant update! On the themeforste/codecanyon page, theres not the recent version.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the clarification.

    If your license was purchased via Envato/CodeCanyon, it is not connected to the Melograno Store, so you won’t be able to use it on https://store.melograno.io/ or manage/reset it there.

    Instead, everything is handled through your Envato account.

    Also, apologies for the delay with the latest version being available on Envato — our team has now updated it there, so you should now be able to download the most recent version from your Envato Downloads page.

    For activation inside WordPress:

    • Go to wpDataTables → Settings → Activation
    • Leave the purchase code field empty
    • Click “Activate with Envato”

    If updates are still not appearing in WP-Admin, you can manually download the latest version from Envato and update the plugin — this will not affect your existing tables or data.
