Can't access wp-admin to restore backup

    After installing some plugins my site suddenly crashed. I now can’t access wp-admin to get to back up guard (where i have very recent backups) to restore the backup. When trying to access the site or wp-admin the connection just times out.

    How can I restore my backup?
