cant access the plugin

    Hello
    we are using your plugin in various websites.
    We just installed it but we cant see the menu on the left to go to the plugin options and export a backup.

    We have tried accessing the URL

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=ai1wm_export

    but we are getting an access denied screen.

    Any ideas?

    The logged-in user needs to have export and import capabilities.
    Install user roles and capabilities plugin and verify that the logged-in user has these.
