    hi, when i go to the support page, it asks me to verify the account. when I log into my account via the support page link it doesn’t make me verify the account. how can I do ?

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this.

    Is this happening on different browsers? Could you please try clearing your browser cache o try another browser to discard this being a browser issue?

    no no resolution I have trivially surrendered to the fact that I will no longer buy plugins from woocommerce because I find it inexplicable that a problem relating to access to assistance and my subscriptions cannot be solved in many days.

    Hope you have seen our latest response on that thread where we have guided you on how you can access support without creating any account or even verifying the email.
