can't access my wp-admin

after saving a portfolio item as a template, I was suddenly kicked out from my wp admin and can’t access it anymore. when I try to open wp-admin, it land on my homepage and shows “error 404 – page not found”. my site is batumirealestate.com. could anyone suggest how to tackle this problem and avoid it happening again?site:
