Can’t access my website

    When I try to log in through my usual bookmark this message appears, This site can’t be reached

    http://www.healershaman.co.nz refused to connect.
    It may be related to space, initially the error was reading that it was taking to long to open a page, now it won’t open at all. I am happy to pay for the next level above free that allows me extra space and online support. It is not a host issue, as I have contacted crazy domains and they said everything is ok at there end. I would just like to have my website back.

    What shows is website coming page.

    WordPress has no paid support or extra space, etc. It is just software. Your host is the one you pay. You need to contact them.

    I see your login is still up and running (i.e.healershaman.co.nz/wp-admin). The coming soon message is not something that wordpress generates. People would need details on what changes you made prior to the issue arising to help you.

    What you probably want to do is hire a local wordpress developer to have a look at your site.

    Are you familiar with using SFTP or your hosting provider control panel file manager? If so, look in your public_html folder. You should find an index.php file. If you also find an index.htm or index.html, try renaming the later to something like x-index.html. Hopefully then your proper index.php will be served.
