    You probably need to speak with the developers of the Fusion Core plugin about this. It’s not a plugin that we are familiar with here.

    Ok thanks Esmi – could it be that plugin which is blocking my access to the dashboard? Is there anything else I can do whilst I wait for the developers to get back to me?

    Since that was the plugin that, when deactivated, locked you out of your site, it seems the most likely culprit, yes. Unfortunately, it’s not a plugin I know anything about, so I have no idea what it does.

    Ok thanks again Esmi – I just hope they get back to me soon! This is an utter nightmare…
