Can't access my admin page

    Good day, im new in this, but was trying to learn and I think I have done something wrong. Might be that I have changes permalinks, but not sure. However I cant access my admin login page – http://bysky.eu/wp/ shows 404 error. Could you pls advise how can I fix it? Many thanks in advance.
