Can’t access my admin account

We were mid way through a new site build with a developer when we have needed to end the relationship.

I’ve received all the files from the developer and have set up a new web hosting account with 123Reg. I’ve tried to upload all the files to the new host but been told that it won’t work due to a problem with wordfence (I don’t know if this is true or not).

I can’t get into the WP-Admin because it won’t recognise my user name and password but nor can I reset it as I get a 404 message.

No-mans land!
