Can't access any \wp-admin page

Description:
1st. I’ve created all the pages (login, register, profile, etc…).
2nd. I linked it on permalinks.
3rd. I began to change somethings on the pages (not something that may cause a problem – like edit some texts).
4th. I’ve seen this plugin is awesome but it is not for me at the momment (I still don’t need it – sorry if I’m rude, but I’m very afraid).
5th. I’ve deleted the pages I created (With the shortcodes)
5th. I’ve disabled the plugin and imedatelly I’ve been logged out.
6th. I’ve tried to login using my login page (http://www.nintersoft.ml/ns-entrar).
7th. Nothing happens, I’ve been redirected to the home page.
8th. If I use the sidebar I still may loggin with ajax login, but if I try to create a post or make something that takes me to the /wp-admin/ address, I’m redirected to the homepage.
9th. If I loggin with another account (like editor or contributor) it has access to /wp-admin/, but I’m not (admin).
10th. Using ftp I’ve deleted the plugin directory.
11th. Retry to connect with the site but the same thing (problem).
12th. Using PHP MyAdmin I removed every table that began with _usersultra or _users_ultra.
13th. Retried but nothing happens again.
14th. So, I’ve reestored the database backup from dec,23th and re ploaded the plugin correctly using FTP.
15th. Retried but the same problem.

If you want I can upload the security copy of my database.

My big problem is: Just my main account is administrator and I cannot change nothing…
