Can't access admin dashboard

Hello all,

I would appreciate any help in figuring out how to login to my dashboard. I recently downloaded a new from elegant themes and then switched back to my studiopress theme. Anyways I now can’t access my admin panel or dashboard. I have tried http://breatheweightloss.com/wp-admin with no luck. It just takes my site but there is no longer a place for me to login through the site as the pages have been switched around due to the change in theme. I hope this makes some sense.
