    The Email Users plugin makes use of the standard WordPress visual editor (based on TinyMCE). This behavior is typically due to a Javascript error on the page.

    Check your browsers error console and see if there any clues. If you find a Javascript error it is likely due to a plugin conflict and you’ll have to narrow it down by disabling and enabling plugins until you find the offender.
