You can view the user’s profile in wp-admin> Users> hover your mouse cursor to a user and click the view profile. Here’s a screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/uCTWN96adZoh.png
Hi @awjensen
Is the Member Directory page still existing? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages. See if the Member Directory page is selected.
Regards,
I have now spent hours on this so if you are a prospective user I suggest y0u look at other plugins first. Since I have spent tens of hours setting up this plugin, I have tried to narrow down the issue. I downloaded several hundred new users using “WP All import”. When I click on “view profile” for an imported user, I see MY profile. If I change the user role from Subscriber to Administrator then back again, I can see the users profile. The developer of “WP All Import Pro” point the finger at this plugin. Does anybody have a clue what to do or do I have to move the website to a paid plugin?
Hi @awjensen
Have you tried clearing the UM Cache after importing users? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Dashboard > see “User Cache” section.
Regards,
That did not solve the problem. The only thin that works is if I change the role and save the user. Then I have to change. It back again. I can’t do that for 600 users. Has to be another solution.
Hi @awjensen
Could you please provide a link to that plugin? I’ll see if I can provide a custom code to assign the roles on importation.
Hi @awjensen
