Cannot View Child Theme CSS Design

I’me having an issue where i cannot see the design layout of my child theme.

The files are fine, and the image appears in my wordpress themes list, but when I click the view my website it looks like this:

I recently restarted my FTP File manager, but I called the hosting and they said that there is no problem on their end…So why is wordpress not reading the style.sheet or images
