Cannot upload to Dropbox

    Hello

    I have just started rolling out BackWPup across all my websites. None of them backed up first time, but one site I am really struggling with is the one listed above. The log I got after last nights attempt ended like this:

    Hi @andrewfenner
    Could you please try to go to BackWPUp → Settings → Jobs → Maximum script execution time → set to 25 secs then try run the job again?

    I have changed that setting to 25 seconds and it has now taken 2 hours and hasn’t even created a backup yet:

    Please Try with Tar archive backup. If it not work, is in your activated plugins have any Amazon related plugin? if so, try to deactivate it then try again.

    I’m afraid not. I have 7 sites which I am trying to backup. 4 work fine with backWPup and 3 just won’t work so I have to use UpdraftPlus for those three. I wonder if it could be a clash with another plugin perhaps?

    could you change the job to save archive as Tar format?
    Sometime the server zip may cause the 5 minutes inactivity issues.

    Hi @andrewfenner
    Sorry for the delayed response, please give me your server info by going to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info”.
    Also, in the server info section -> PHP Memory limit, could you check if in your host there is any single file that larger than the PHP memory limit? Since the backup may hang in this case.

    hmm, the CHMOD Dir is now 0755, could you please try to go to /home/andfen6/ormskirkchristadelphians.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/ and change folder permission of 3 backwpup-* folders to 775 or 777 then try again? Thanks!
