Cannot upload media files now.

I can no longer upload media files via ‘upload files –> select files’.

I was doing this before with no issues. I recently modified the names of a few menu item titles and that’s it. And now it seems I can no longer click upload files and select files from my hard drive to replace images.

I can however drag and drop… but I would rather click upload files and select files.

Any ideas?
