Cannot upload images

Hi there!

When I want to add a new image into a post, I click the “add media” button and then when I want to select the file from my computer, the select button does nothing. So, basically, I cannot select the image I want to upload because nothing happens when I click the button.

I have the latest WP, I disabled all the plugins and reverted to the default themes, the problem persists. What can I do to fix it?
