Cannot upload file through ftp

    I install Better WP security then uninstall it because I think it conflict with my scheduled posts.
    After uninstall it, I cannot upload any files to my server through ftp account though I can download file from my server to my computer.
    Error: “Request denied.
    Please verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation.”
    How can I solve this problem?
